FAQs

  • Following an initial assessment and goal setting, I’ll create a movement practice for you to work through over a four week period. This practice will be completely unique to you. You will work through each session in the practice as and when your schedule allows and we will keep in touch via Telegram; you can ask me questions and send me videos at any time. I am always able to tweak and change things through the practice for you as we go. Think of our practice as a drawing; we can draw new lines, erase pieces, deep dive into others or change how we view it. We will also set up check ins, where we can deep dive into your practice, emotional and physical wellbeing and see where it takes us. The coaching process is designed to be fully collaborative and I want to give you as much support as I can.

  • Our program sharing. messaging and check ins will be done via email & Telegram.

  • No, not at all. You may have been training for 10 years at the gym, or you're getting into movement for the first time, it doesn't make a difference. For me, the most important part of the equation is you. I will coach you through everything you need to know and take you to whatever goal you want to achieve. I love to foster my clients knowledge, inspiration and self however I can.

  • Of course I can. I always like to promote a healthy and balanced diet that has a little bit of everything, not just for health reasons but because food is amazing! I can offer suggestions, guidelines and recipes in accordance with your needs, if that’s a route you’re looking to explore.

  • I love what I do, and that includes being able to work with a broad cross-section of people and their various nuances, including specific and long term injuries and/or health conditions. Some long term injuries or conditions may be too much to have a physical practice right now, but I’m more than happy to provide help and support through that and to talk about viable options. I also work through slow rehabilitation with coaching, if it is within my power to do so.

  • No, not at all. All movement practice will be tailored to you, your environment and your needs. We can work purely with bodyweight and make tremendous strides in our strength and flexibility. However, if you wanted to progress further on your movement journey and start to develop in a more in depth way, some base resistance equipment or having a membership to a gym would be beneficial.
