one’s self is tied to a variety of different avenues, what is important is how we connect to those avenues and where they can take us
the self is often something that feels abstract & distant. coming to know yourself is often framed as being selfish, but really it is a grounded and hollistic way for you to find what truly makes you, you. and it is also for you to come to know and accept yourself for who are, have been and will become.
you are your own school, and taking the time to learn yourself is key to what comes next in your journey. I like to think that movement is like learning a language, and as a coach, I translate that language for you. our practice will become language mastery through movement, mobility and mindset.
You are your own home, but this home is a lifelong one. The improvements will take time and patience. But together, we will find your way, of getting you closer to home.
